Miriam Taschler is an author dancer, performer and choreographer specializing in contemporary dance. She cofounded the interdisciplinary association KunstKartell, a network for solidarity and exchange among independent artists. In the lux&auma collective Miriam works with Carla Petzolt on sociopolitical themes that become storytelling through body and movement. Miriam performs at the UFER_STUDIOS in Berlin and at the Lurupina Festival in Germany, the NDAR Urban Week in Senegal, at Ideas Block Kompresornie (Lithuania), and at Teatro Prometo and Astra Brixen in Italy. Carla (she/her) is a contemporary dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher based in Berlin. Interdisciplinary works between circus arts, visual arts, theatre and dance are focus of her work.
